RAAF AIS 2011 Customer Feedback Survey. (28 OCT 11)
To all RAAF AIS account holders. We have received a large number of survey responses from you all, and are now in the process of collating and analyzing the data and feedback received. Our Customer Liaison Team will provide specific feedback to relevant customers over the next few weeks, and also post a general report on the feedback, along with an action plan, on this website by 30 Nov 11. We will still be able to receive and action any further Survey responses received prior to that date.
